Delivery & Returns
This page tells you information about our delivery and return policies.
We ship worldwide. We aim to post items within 3-5 working days of payment.
For all orders containing one or more wraps or ring slings:
Shipping is free. UK orders will either be sent tracked via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL. International orders will be sent tracked via DHL, and this will be DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – meaning no need to worry about any hidden customs costs, as we’ll cover that for you!
Once shipped, your order should arrive within 24 to 48 hours, wherever you are in the world.
For orders containing an accessory only, such as our face masks, (i.e you are not purchasing a wrap or ring sling at the same time):
Your package will be sent non-tracked via Royal Mail at the following costs:
- UK: £2.00
- EU: £4.00
- ROW: £5.00
This may be subject to customs/taxes charges internationally.
If you purchase an accessory in the same order as a wrap or ring sling, free delivery (DDP) as above applies.
All our prices are inclusive of taxes. For international orders, as above, we ship DDP so no additional charges are to be paid by you. In the rare instance that you do receive a customs payment notice, please contact us so we can arrange for this to be rectified with DHL.
2. Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you would like to cancel, as once the item has been sent it must be returned before we can process a refund. Excluding weekends and bank holidays, we will endeavour to process cancellations within 48 hours.
3. Cosmetic Flaws Policy
Return shipping is covered only if the item has a serious manufacturers defect. Weavers knots, broken threads and other flaws are not considered valid reasons for a return postage refund.
If your item has a pull/broken thread, there are some website/YouTube links that can walk you through fixing or you can simply follow the return procedure.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept refunds for items that have been purchased on the second-hand market, as we have no control of what happens to our product outside of the 14-day window or past the original invoice/buyer.
We will handle all reported flaws at our discretion as the situation arises.
4. Returns Policy
All custom order, cut-to-order (such as pre-orders) and sale items are non-refundable.
If you wish to return your item within 14 days (21 days EU, 28 ROW) of receipt of item, you may do so by emailing us at email@example.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 days, upon receipt of the item at Sling Studio HQ.
The item must be unused and in a saleable condition, in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they have been used/worn.
Please note, if you live outside of the UK you are responsible for your return postage fees. If the item has been returned within the UK and the 14-day period, the full costs will be refunded to you in line with the Consumer Act 2013.
We strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage (SPECIAL DELIVERY is advised) as we take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
