This page tells you information about our delivery and return policies.

1. Shipping

We ship worldwide. We aim to post items within 3-5 working days of payment.

For all orders containing one or more wraps or ring slings:


Free tracked shipping via DHL


Free DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) tracked shipping via DHL. Approx. 48 hours after dispatch and with no nasty surprises from customs!


Choose one of the following options at checkout

1. Free delivery - non-tracked International Standard shipping via Royal Mail. Timeline varies depending out country. May be subject to customs/duties charges.
2. £10 - tracked shipping via DHL, approx. 48 hours after dispatch. May be subject to customs/duties charges.

1.1 Taxes

If VAT/tax applies in your country, the price of the product will automatically show as inclusive of this unless you have cookies disabled/are using a VPN - in which case, tax eligibility will be calculated at checkout and the price of the product will adjust to reflect this. For international orders where taxes apply, as above, there is the option to ship DDP so no additional charges are to be paid by you. In the rare instance that you do receive a customs payment notice when sent via DDP, please contact us so we can arrange for this to be rectified with DHL.

If you're not in the UK/EU, customs/duties charges may apply after shipment.

2. Cancellation Policy

Please contact us at as soon as possible if you would like to cancel, as once the item has been sent it must be returned before we can process a refund. Excluding weekends and bank holidays, we will endeavour to process cancellations within 48 hours.

3. Returns Policy

If you wish to return your item within 14 days (21 days EU, 28 ROW) of receipt of item, you may do so by emailing us at Refunds will be processed within 30 days, upon receipt of the item at Sling Studio HQ. The item must be unused and in a saleable condition, in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they have been used/worn.

Return shipping is covered only if the item has a serious manufacturers defect. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage (Tracked/insured or special delivery is advised) as we take no responsibility for items lost in transit.

Weavers knots, broken threads and other flaws are not considered valid reasons for a return postage refund - If your item has a pull/broken thread, there are some website/YouTube links that can walk you through fixing or you can simply follow the return procedure.

All custom order, cut-to-order (such as pre-orders) and sale items are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we are also unable to accept refunds for items that have been purchased on the second-hand market, as we have no control of what happens to our product outside of the 14-day window or past the original invoice/buyer.
